Cohort Composition

The Learnastra curriculum is high-velocity. To ensure the cohort moves at the required pace, we utilize a multi-step selection process to verify technical aptitude and professional communication skills.

Prerequisites

  • Technical Literacy: Comfort with logic flows, data structures (CSV/JSON), and adopting new software platforms.
  • Infrastructure: Modern laptop + High-speed internet connection.
  • Availability: Full-time attendance (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm EST) is mandatory for certification.

Selection Process

Application Review

We review professional background and intent. We look for candidates with clear use-cases for AI implementation.

Aptitude Test (30 Mins)

Qualified applicants receive a timed assessment covering logic, basic data analysis, and reading comprehension. No coding required.

Instructor Interview (30 Mins)

A video interview to assess communication skills and professional demeanor. This ensures a high-quality peer environment.

Offer of Admission

Successful candidates will receive an invitation to register for the upcoming cohort.

The 80-Hour Sprint

From fundamental prompting to building autonomous RAG agents. Live, hands-on, and rigorous.

Week 1: Foundation
Week 2: Agentic AI

Foundation & Prompt Engineering

The core physics of LLMs.

The RICE Framework

Role, Instruction, Context, Examples. We deconstruct why 90% of business prompts fail and how to write the top 10%.

Chain-of-Thought Reasoning

Forcing the model to "show its work" to reduce hallucinations in complex business logic.

Pivotal Module Week 2 Start

Autonomous Agents & RAG

Moving beyond chat. Building agents that can browse, reason, and execute.

Morning: The Agent Architecture

Understanding the difference between a "Chatbot" and an "Agent." We will explore how Agents use "Tools" (browsing, code execution, API calls) to solve multi-step problems.

Afternoon: RAG Implementation

Retrieval Augmented Generation. Giving your AI a brain by connecting it to Vector Databases and knowledge bases (PDFs, Company Data) so it stops hallucinating and starts citing sources.

  • Lab Project: Build an "Analyst Agent" that reads a PDF annual report and answers questions with citations.

APIs & Low-Code Orchestration

Connecting the brain to the body.

REST API Fundamentals

You don't need to be a dev, but you need to know how to pass a JSON object. Understanding Keys, Endpoints, and Payloads.

AI-Assisted Python

Using Claude/GPT to write scripts for you. We will write a script that scrapes a webpage and summarizes it.

Common Questions

Is job placement guaranteed?

No. We provide Career Support (introductions, portfolio reviews, pitch templates), but you are responsible for closing the deal. This is an accelerator for self-starters, not a placement agency.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not. Once you occupy a seat in a cohort, that spot is gone. We expect full commitment from our students, just as we give full commitment to the curriculum.

Can I do this part-time or on weekends?

Currently, no. The immersive nature requires M-F 9am-6pm EST availability.
